Build American AI Launches New Ad Calling for Congress to Pass Comprehensive AI Framework

Build American AI (BAAI) today announced the launch of a new ad urging Congress to adopt a comprehensive national framework for artificial intelligence. This is part of their $10 million omnichannel campaign mobilizing Americans across the country and demonstrating the strong support for Congress to pass one federal standard that will enable AI to grow the economy, create jobs for American workers, and ensure the United States wins the global race for AI leadership.

“President Trump is exactly right: AI is the catalyst for hundreds of billions in American investment, advancements in national security, and millions of new jobs,” said Nathan Leamer, Executive Director of Build American AI. “Yet onerous, ideological and politically motivated regulation by states will bring these strides to a halt. Congress must pass a national AI framework that ensures the certainty for entrepreneurs and innovators to deliver on AI’s promise while also protecting American users, families and communities,” continued Leamer.

The omnichannel effort includes digital, social and television advertising driving tens of thousands of calls to congressional offices with Americans expressing their support for Congress to act.
